As product’s quality is our priority, the production of common rail EUP pumps is very strictly controlled.
The common rail EUP pumps must be produced in dust-free workshop. The common rail EUP pump’s production procedures include pre-heat treatment, post-heat treatment and CNC surface treatment. In each produce process, we strictly check every part’s quality and exclude bad quality parts so as to make sure our products meet usage standard.
Common Rail EUP Pump’s Installation
When install common rail EUP pump, there are some precautions you need to know to prevent the common rail EUP pumps working failure:
① Clean the common rail EUP pump in an ultrasonic cleaner for 3-5 minutes before installation, so as to make the stains, dust, rust-proof oil oxides, paraffin base, naphthenic base, intermediate base, salt, lead naphthenate, zinc naphthenate, sodium petroleum sulfonate, barium petroleum sulfonate, calcium petroleum sulfonate, tallow diamine trioleate, rosinamine on the surface of the common rail EUP pump fall off.
② Use compressed air to clean the cleaning fluid attached to the surface of the common rail EUP pump after cleaning, and clean it up to the standard of usage. The details are as below:
- When installing the common rail EUP pump, make sure that each part of common rail EUP pump can be moved smoothly in it.
- If the common rail EUP pump is not installed in accordance with the standard, it may cause serious damage to the common rail EUP pump and injector.
